2. Intermediary platform
Telkamper provides technology that enables independent sports-equipment rental businesses and professionals to publish offers and contract with customers. Unless expressly stated otherwise, Telkamper does not own, manufacture, sell, physically rent, hold, deliver, fit, maintain or instruct the use of listed equipment. The rental agreement is between the customer and the provider identified in the listing and booking confirmation.
3. Provider responsibility
The provider controls its listing, availability, price, taxes, deposit, requirements, cancellation terms and service conditions. It is responsible for the existence, legality, safety, maintenance, cleanliness and delivery of equipment, all required licences and insurance, safe-use information and correct performance of the rental.
4. Telkamper responsibility
Telkamper supplies search, listing, booking, payment, communication, support and dispute-management functions and remains responsible for its own digital services. It is not responsible for breaches exclusively attributable to a provider or customer, third-party misinformation, misuse, weather, closures or external events, without limiting rights that cannot lawfully be excluded.
5. Payments
Payments may be processed by Stripe. Telkamper may collect on behalf of a provider, deduct agreed fees and arrange settlement without becoming the physical rental provider. Users must review confirmations and report errors promptly.
6. Acceptable use and intellectual property
Users must act lawfully and must not attack security, impersonate others, scrape without permission, manipulate reviews or commit fraud. Telkamper software, brand, design and original content are protected. Provider content remains the responsibility of its owner.
7. Governing law and complaints
Spanish law applies without removing mandatory consumer protections in the customer’s country where applicable. Complaints may first be sent to support. Rental-performance complaints primarily concern the contractual provider, with Telkamper assisting through its dispute process. The former EU ODR platform ceased operating on 20 July 2025.
